The stock rubber bushings will give enough side to side for you to mount the SF up to the car. Your biggest issue with the swap will be exhaust hangers. The only arm you may need to swap is the RLCA, although I just used washers on each side of the bushing until I cleaned up my dookie set of S14 RLCA's.
Also, the only factory suspension I have in the rear is the RLCA so if anything else OEM doesn't fit then I really wouldn't know about it. Haha
