You could probably machine some spacer to put behind the rotor, I don't know how safe it is though. You also introduce some other problems:

1. You would need to get extended studs.
2. Outboard clearance is increased. This might actually be a good thing if you are rocking battleship wheels but if you actually have the proper wheels for a 240 then it'll stick out.
