Honestly, the best thing to do might be to contact Martin at rs enthalpy. My brother dealt with him and the past and he was willing to work with us. The ecu could just be messed up. If you have another maf I would surely swap it out and test and you can also still test the signal. I'm not sure what the correct voltage is for idle but I'm sure you can find that somewhere online.
