God I hate recon. I got a ticket in my miata for not having recon at the HNL from a dick head sheriff. (a security guard that happened to be standing there called him the most dick head sheriff there is.) Regular cops didnt care they even took pics of my car. Prob because my plate was NO-HOMQ. lol
