If you want money go to Alberta, winters are cold and harsh, but the cash is really good if you are working with any oil company. The work is not easy though, prepare to bust your ass.

If you want a nice lifestyle and a nice place to live you can move to BC, but Vancouver is probably the most expensive place to live in Canada and the job market there is weak as fuck. I live in the Interior region of BC and there arent that many jobs here, you may find a mechanic job though.. Rent is alot cheaper and the summers here are great.

If you move to Canada your in for a eye opener, things are alot different up here then they are in NC.
