Wow really? You didn't mention anything about wiring in your OP. So how are we supposed to know what you need help with? We are not mind readers.

Anyhow cut the connector off and solder or use crimp connectors to wire up your new speakers. Done.

You could of simply cut you some slack off the connector, wire it back up the factory speaker and used a 9 or 12v battery to pop the speaker to see if the polarity is correct. When the speaker pops forward is the correct polarity. From there you can figure out which color wire is pos and neg.
