KA Heating Problem

Well i have a High Compresion KA24DE and it kinda have some heating problems.
it doesnt over heat but the tempatrue is kind high.
it is a little right above the middle mark.
I got a new water pump, new thermostate, and a electric fan and i have it on the hole time when i turn my car on.
i imagine that my car would run colder but nope.
i was guessing that the compresion is higher that the temp. would too but not sure.
if anybody can help me out i would apressiate it.
oh and i think the compresion on the car is like 10 1/2 : 1 or 11:1.
