Clutch needs forcing, not disengaging, bleh.

I have read on many people with this similar problem, so I'll explain and then ask for some specifics.

My clutch won't go into gear unless heavily forced. I have basically lost my first gear because it seems like theres just a brick wall there. When I go into reverse I have to push hard and it makes a nice clunk. When driving, third fourth and fifth are pretty easy to get into, however.

It seems like the clutch isn't fully disengaging because when I put it into gear and push the clutch all the way in it seems like the clutch is catching and I start moving a little bit.

I have an exedy stage 3 clutch and SR.

This problem has been going on for awhile but it resolved itself for some time and then for the last month it's been bad and worse.

I've read of bleeding and new master and slave cylinders, as a start to see if that may be the problem.

But I'm a clutch noob and am asking for some writeups on this if anyone knows where to find one, as well as what else may be the problem.

Thanks
