SR NA SR vs DET

hey whats up i have a 91 LE with a NA SR20 in it bone stock motor but a bunch of otehr crap (nismo mounts, aluminum 1 peice drive shaft, tomei short shifter, cusco coilovers, RSR bushings, lsd etc..) i had a KA-T before this car and im in love with boost so what im asking is how reliable would my SR be if i bolted on the DET manifrold turbo etc. ( i know i dont have oil squirters and higher compression pistons) but if my KA can handle 7PSI with stock internals y cant the SR? what would be the most psi i could run with the stock internals and what would the power gain expected to be?

question number two. does the DET motor match up to the SRDE harness? if not which would be easier to splice it or just change hte harness all together? i can get a DET block for $100 with a blown head and no turbo. is the NA sr head the same as the DET head? (cams springs valves etc...)

P.S i bought the car with a NA-SR dont bash on me. althought i was offered the chance to get ITB's but im head over heels for boost
