i follow that procedure, i have an a/t throttle body/position sensor(s) i unplug both of them

when i set the timing it is at 20, then after i turn off the car, plug the tps back in and fire it up, i check the timing and it's at about 12 degrees?

swapped in another ka

maybe the distributor was installed incorrectly on this one?
