knocking sound comin from passenge side coilover

ok ive got a 91 fastback with cusco coilovers and enkei RS evoloution (17x8 in the rear) and the other night i pulled off a offramp at highish speeds and hit a monsterous pothole ive never seen in my life that shook my heart and hit my head on the roof of my car (im 6 feet). i honestly never hit a pothole that hard in my life exp at speeds like that. i wake up the next mornin and start drivin my car and every bump the passenger side rear hits u hear a loud thump sound that it never used to make before. i have no idea what it is im really hoping its not my coilovers cuz i love them. and the rims arnt damaged either if anyone has ever ran into a problem like this help me out or if u think you know what it is help would be greatly appreciated before i go and tear my whole car apart and buy a whole bunch of shit
