fuel pressure question about my s13 red top

okay its at 42 psi right now well as of a week ago so they told me thats to rich! so i figure and so did a shop that a fpr might help out ... okay so i got my nismo fpr im gonna install it what do i set it at i have a fuel pressure gauge but also dont no were exacly to install it, can someone help were do i connect it and at what psi to set it?

all i have is a full 3" exh

also another reasone why im running a lil rich is because at the moment i dont have an o2 sensor connected to the (o2 housing/elbow) so yeah...


okay i installed my gauge on the same line/hose as the fpr is that okay?
