SR MAFS Crapping Out?

ok heres whats going on. ever since my car has been running ever so often i will be cruzzing down the interstate at 70 blush.gif yea i know driving miss daisy! anyway at 2800-3200 rpms cruzzing my car will start spitting and spurtting. left of the throttle runs fine. get back into it does the same thing then i will just clean up and run fine. ok so i pulled the Mafs offer and cleaned it with electrical parts cleaner. put it back on ran fine for a few weeks. well today started that crap again!

update:
today on the drive to work running about 65mph i was watching the S-AFC and the afl reading was sitting about 9-10% well as im still driving on flat road cruzzing i notice the number the afl reading jumped to 18-25% and the bucking and spurttering started. got out of the throttle it cleaned up and went back down to 9-10% ran fine. so i went just above 3200 rpms afl readin was 10% or so ran fine started to let out of the throttle to get to 2800-3000 again ran there a few minutes and then jumped up to 23% or so on the afl reading! i also wondering if it was the TPS but i can see that

anyone have any ideas?
