Hey cats Haven't been here much cause I still don't have my car but I was wondering somethings. Any input whether it is "you are way wrong" or anything will be appreciated as long as it is constructive, I guess. Okay to start.

1.A KA24DE, how much over boring can be okay? Would .020 be acceptable?
2. Thinking about cheap decent turbo's, what do you think about removing a turbo from a Volvo (forgot the model), it comes with what I believe is a TD05 which is similar to a T3 series 60(I believe). Would that be to small to do anything?
Should I settle for a T-25/28 from a VG30DET or just spend the money on a T3/T4?
3. Z32 injectors
4. Starion intercooler
5. As expensive as they are should I invest in a simple independent fuel system. They say they are better tuned then preprogrammed/aftermarket ECU's. Any body know anyone's? I guess I should get a EGT also.
6. Compression, planning on running 6lbs of boost, too much, too little? on stock pistons

yep just that.
