Who has a red 95+ w/chrome wheels and red

I was driving home last night and I saw somebody on the express lane of the garden state parkway southbound(12am)- rite by mile marker 111 ish i caught him flying up and i realized what it was when he drove by.. He then proceeded to flash his red street glow neons and then took off- I followed him for a while but couldn't catch him since I had to get off an exit.. but does anyone here know of anyone that has a 240sx 95+ with chrome wheels, red neons, an aluminim wing I think <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> I'm still trying to figure out who that was- I so wanted to pull him over and talk to him.. grrrrr
