sohc to dohc cams question
ok, im swapping in a 95 ka into my 90 240sx. I have the 91-94 parts needed to swap the engine. Im using the 91-94 ecu and such. Now, ive searched and found out that the 91-94 ka has better cams but a less aggressive tune. The 95 has the 232 cams but a more aggressive tune.
So im swapping a 95 with the 232 cams and using the less aggressive 91-94 ecu. How much would that affect power?? Is it even true that the 91-94 have a different tune than 95+?? |

The ECU isn't tuned for the cams, whatever it sees as air and fuel inputs is what makes it compensate for timing and ignition.
The cams in question are 91-early93. It won't matter which one you use. |
