Rebuilding my pass. axle.... HELP!!!

I have a track day in 12 hours and counting down..so PLEASE bear with me and help!!

I have a bad passenger side axle on the car. I have a set of spare axles laying around, but the spare passenger side axle has a bad outer(go figure).

SO, I took the spare DRIVERS AXLE, and took the OUTER bearings/spline off of it and put it on the spare PASSENGER axle to replace the bad part. Everything came apart and went together with just one c-clip and everything went smoothly...

HOWEVER, now that i'm all done, i notice both passenger side axle OUTERS(part with the spline...the part i replaced along with the bearings) has a letter Z on them. The drivers side i took has a C on it. Is there a difference or was it just a factory marking and a coincidince that both passenger sides had the same Z on them?

PLEASE HELP!!! Track day tomorrow with a two hour drice each way.....
