ok look i have a 1996 s14 ka stock motor and ecu im gonna put a z32 maf sensor and the safc so i need to know the basic(stock) air fuel ratio so my car wont be running to rich or lean

just do a self-tune, i.e. mess with it until you get to a point you like.
