I just got mine yesterday and bought it used.Since it did'nt come with a instructions,I just want to know how the adjustment works.Do you start with soft and then turn clockwise to hard or opposite?
I know i could play with it but this is just in case somebody would know. Thanks Victor |

either your coilovers are different than mine or my memory is terrible.
turn it all the way clockwise to go full soft. up to 15 clicks counter clockwise tightens them up. don't go too far, you can get more than 15 clicks if you try, but all you're doing is screwing it up inside. |

The little blue knob on the top of the coil says L (Light) Counter Clockwise H (Hard) Clockwise. I think that's right I just put my coils to full stiff and I'm enjoying it.

Right is hard. But when you adjust them, make sure to screw them all the way clockwise. Then back them out from there. And make sure not to back out past the amount of clicks the shock is rated for. iirc it's 14 or 15 clicks.

i have, i love them. i got them to reduce body roll, add front camber adjustment, and add a little precision to the system. i also took the opportunity to add the aluminum z32 uprights. i was successful on all accounts so i'm happy. i have some crazy mid/late corner oversteer now but i think that's an alignment issue. i'm still dialing the suspension in, once it's done, i should have a pretty decent setup.
i won my class this past weekend so it can't be all bad (out of six). i usually place about halfway up. i won one other time but i was the only person in my class ![]() |

from the softest setting, four clicks in front and three in the back. i haven't done enough tuning so don't take that as gospel. i softened up the back removed the rear sway bar and dropped the rear tire pressure in an attempt to add some more grip in the back. i think i need another half degree of camber also.

You set them up according to your driving style. Everyone drives differently. You'll have to adjust them for different tracks and different surfaces. There is no one-size-fits-all setting.
