Electric Fans
Has anyone used some electric fans from the auto parts store and made a shroud out of some aluminum or anything? I'm talking like 2 $70 dollar fans or something like that.
If anyone has post some pics!

Something cool I found.
http://www.mahaffeymotorsports.com/FanShrouds.htm Yeah, I know all about the fans that people have used before. Just looking for another option to see if I can make a shround myself. Or something along those lines.

Use the altima fans. They are cheap, require 5 minutes of trimming and one of the connectors connects right up. Then you just wire the other one. Altima fans=Money TTTTIIIMMMMEE I used them out of a 96 and paid 40 bucks

Beside that I strongly believe in clutch fans you can go to the junkyard and just look at everycar with stock e fans. Try and stick with domestics since we cant figure out how to develop a proper cooling system(unlike those dinky ass Hondas)

why not just use something that is known to work, cheaper, less time consuming....because unless your going full show, i dont think those aluminum shrouds will do anything more than the taurus fan persay....just go with the taurus fan....i have no second thoughts about mine. |
