Cluster Issues.....Searched.......

Ok so i took my s14 to a shop to have some goodies installed and some tuning.
What proceeded was a freaking nightmare, NE ways long story short dude messed my wiring up when trying to wire my tach up. He couldnt do it but since i have gotten my car back from this jagoff my Temp. gague doesnt work and my entire cluster wont light up along with my boost gague. I didnt preform this swap or the boost gague install. My outside lights all work IE: parking,brake etc.
I have a 95 S14 with an s13 redtop in it.
Ive searched and looked at my FSM but the FSM i have is for an S14 Silvia. Ive even been having trouble locating what fuse that would be for. I assume that since the boost gague stopped lighting up at the same time that the gague should be wired to the same circuit. Right?? The car runs great and i had the harness checked over to see that there was no major damage. This is my only problem.
Any help would be apprecitated. Ive been searching for over 2 hours with no luck.
Oh yea btw ive got an after market Temp gague so im not really worried about the temp gague not working just the cluster lighting up. Thx
