I think I read it on some post or another site, but is there a wiring harness that you can buy for the SR20DET swap or am I just dreaming? Ok neb here it goes all cars have a wireing harness.If you order a sr20det there are some you can get the does not incluse the harness so yo have to get it custom fab to fit the sr.

Alright. I'm a newbie. But what I was trying to say was a wiring harness that was made to connect the JDM SR20DET to the US S13. SO, I guess YOU didn't UNDERSTAND my question. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'> I know what a wiring harness is. I just wanted to know if someone made one that would bypass all the cutting of the wires and such.

To answer your question, no. There is no company, as far as i know, that makes a "conversion" harness. There are several people and shops around that have a "wiring" or "re-wiring" service where you send in your stock KA or SR harness and they rewire everything for you. Most of these shops/people also sell new or used SR and sometimes KA harnesses. For a new SR harness I believe the going rate is about $500, and rewiring harness goes from $75 - $250. I would recomend checking out www.srswap.com , www.projectsilvia.com , www.jspec.com , and www.srstore.com.  If you ANYTHING for a 240 with or without SR contact these guys.

ok when you get teh sr you get the harness you will have to get a re-wire done i understood you question the way you asked was not the meaning i got from it.If you get a s13 red or blacktop sr20 heavythrottle will charge you 200.00 to have it done.they are the same peps that run srswap.com.Talk to autoimageing.com and see what they can do for ya.
