s13 17x9 fitment problems, s13

sup everyone, wanted to get some opinions of my fitment and what i encountered.

s13 fastback (stock fenders)
17x9+20 + 235/40/17 Federals (all around)
Tein HE's
Front - Ichiba hubs
Rear - S14 SE hubs

The wheel originally mounted barely without a spacer when it had no tire, after mounting the tire i had to use a 5mm spacer (see clearance bellow). It doesnt rub but it looks rather close. I also did a 5mm spacer in the rear.

Rolled front and rear fenders, relocated the harness, banged inside of the fender well, no rubbing.. concerened about possible future rubbing issues when the tire starts to flex at higher speeds. Car needs an alignment, since after the ES master bushing kit install everything was thrown off.. front camber is all the way negative right now.. hopefully with proper alignment i can pull back on camber a bit and still clear the fenders.. No outside pics yet as i'm still trying to decide if to raise the rear or drop the front some more? I wouldnt mind going lower but circuit sport midpipe is hanging pretty damn close to the floor.

From what i've researched many got away without spacers on HE's, for me it didnt work, yet other say that its almost a must.. not sure if it matters due to tire brand but in my case for sure it will not clear without a spacer. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Many tks in advance!
