?Racing Hart? 17x7+40 wheels 5x114.3 - $200 obo

Ok, just bought a t2 and these wheels were on the car when I bought it. I am assuming that they are racing hart wheels but I am not 100% certain. There are not any manufacturer stickers or stampings on the wheels. If you know what brand they are please feel free to post it up or PM me. Anyways, they are pretty light and two come with tires. Wheels are in fair condition and have some caked on dirt/grime. The pictures show what they look like after being pressure washed, but with a little elbow grease you can clean them up nicely.

Here are the specs:

(4x) 17x7 +40 rims
2 will include Yokohama ES100 tires with about 70% tread. tire size is 205/40/17
bolt pattern: 5x114.3

these wheels would be good for a set of drift spares or if you are looking to build the ultimate sunken battleship. Asking price is $200 obo, Don't lowball me and offer $50, but I will entertain reasonable offers. I would prefer a local pickup BUT if you want them that bad, I can ship them too.
