check the fuse on the relay, the plug on the motor for the wipers. or it could be the wiring when u did the sr swap?

Find the motor for it, from where it sat for so long it may have just locked up, same thing happens with car windows when the sit. just tap on it (dnt beat it) and it may even need to be replaced.... I dnt remember changing any wires for my sr swap for the wipers. But hey thats me... So more than likely its ur motor...

The SR swap doesnt have anything to do with the wiper motors - that's part of the chassis harness. Check fuses, and if they're good, try removing the plug for the motor and hot-wiring it to check for wiring problems.

Worst case, hit up a junkyard for a new motor.

On S13s. On S14s, the wiper motor and amplifier wiring is part of F3 and needs to be redone with the the EFI harness.
