Where should I get my motor?

I currently have a '93 240sx hatchback with a s13 sr20det motor in it. I bought the car with the motor installed in it with no a/c compressor and power steering that does not work. After alot of intensive testing I believe that I have a cold start problem that is caused by a bad ecu, but I'm still not 100% as I have never switched it with a known good computer but I believe that I've tested every single other possibility. The car also has a shitty transmission that grinds 5th and leaks and a turbo that leaks oil. Finaly, the starter is starting to go. Totaling all of this up, it's actualy cheaper to buy a whole new swap kit and replace all of these bad parts and get the a/c going plus I have no papers for my current engine. So basicly I'm left with a good engine, lots of sensors and spare parts and another harness which would be nice for extensive engine modification.

With that said, I need to find someplace to buy an engine swap kit. I live about 15 minutes from heavy throttle but I am somewhat tenative about paying 3000 dollars for a swap kit to get a 6 month warranty on the transmission and accessories. Some places in canada offer swaps with a/c an p/s pump (difficult to find) for about 1500-1800. After shipping thats about 2000 which means that the motor is garaunteed (some places transmission too) and any losses under 1000 dollars are a gain over heavy throttle. I can't seem to find any american companies other than HT and enjuku racing that sell swaps with p/s and a/c. So basicly I'm just looking for any input, would like to hear about the places people got their engines from and I am currious about the worst case scenario about buying from canada. I'm not concerned about spending more but I don't feel like getting riped off.
