I'm going to be building my KA24DE engine.  I'm wondering what intake/exhaust setups would gain me the most horsepower.. I'm guessing the injen intake with cold air extension would be the best intake setup I could get.. Any opinions?

Most people are going to say hands down the Injen w/ CAE for intake.  Exhaust would have to be the 5Zigen Fireball, with the A'PEXi N1 and N1 Dual tying for a close second.

Also a header and high flow cat setup to go with the muffler and intake.. Can anyone list a good full setup and what kind of horsepower gains i can look forward to?

Also, I dont have a turbo nor will I be getting one for a while and the info on the fireball muffler says that it's not recommended with non turbo setups?

There's a turbo version and an NA version for the Fireball. Maybe you were looking at the turbo one.

I'm gonna say hotshot, but I'd wait for a while because they're coming out with a revised header (2nd gen?) in a couple months. I haven't decided on a high flow cat yet.
