sr20det problems, need help asap!!!!

so i went to pick my car up today from the people who are doing the swap cause it was supposed to be ready and i got there and we went to take the car out for a test drive and if you drive the car easy it runs perfect and smooth but as soon as you get on it and the turbo starts to spool up the car wont do anything it tachs out like its hitting the rev limiter or something, so i drove 2 hours to get my car and wasted a whole fucking day and had to drive 2 hours back and have nothing to show for it, any ideas of what this might be? any feedback would be appreciated, thanks
