wadfuxup with Tech Imports

They owe me 550 bucks for my return on the carbon fiber hood i got for my 240sx that does not fit, they have been dicking me around for about 7 months now. At first they were just going to replace the hood with another one. i took pictures for them 3 different times took measurements 2 times did everything they wanted me to, well after i kept getting bullshit stories about why i do not have my new hood yet i got sick of it and asked for an immediate refund which they have been telling me this whole time is an option. So i tell them i want a refund, waited a month or so and called them and the next day they tell me its in process of transferring to my bank account. The money never showed up and now they do not answer their phone, don't return my messages, PM's, emails, IM's on aol or anything. How do i go about getting the money that they owe me?
