I'm installing my Blitz I/C for the swap now, and I'm having trouble fitting it in...i heard something from Mark (Hipposleek) about bending the lip on the bumper support back, but I still don't think there would be enough clearance.  any suggestions?  anyone who's installed an intercooler on the 240SX b4?

While a friend on mine was installing his Greddy I/C.

We had to trim off some off the metal bumper support, and part of the back on the bumper itself.

If you're getting an aftermarket bumper, then you probably are not  going to use the metal bumper support.  SO cutting it to fit the I/C would not be a problem.
