ok ive had this moonroof leak on my 89 s13 for a while, but now its just getting downright ridiculous. it literally rains inside my car when its raining out. ive tried using various sealants and whatnot but nothing worked. now i notice that the glass is not even completely in. standing outside my car i can push the moonroof glass down & it kinda pops back up a little bit so i guess thats why its not sealed. so basically i am just wondering, do i just have to replace the glass or the entire moonroof? is it a hard thing to do to replace the entire moonroof? if anyone has done this before or has any ideas let me know. thanks guys.

it sounds like it's just the seals. Is this automatic, or manual? Since you say moonroof, I assume it's the automatic one.
you would only need to replace the glass if it were cracked and that was what was letting water in. It's definitely your seal, you should either buy a repair/replacement kit from nissan, or bring it in to have a nissan tech look at it. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=' ![]() Good luck!
