SR tuned ecu now need help

i have a tuned ecu for 740cc z32 maf gt2871 .64, and cams, anyway my trouble is it pops and sputters when im at low throttle then when wot it pops then revs but revs slow then will back fire and half the time die. timing is set dead on 15 deg also checked for vacuum leaks and boost leaks, ecu throws no codes except 55, the wire off the back of the coil harness when touched to engine or ground will make car run even worse, also the ground was hooked up before tune and car ran well, where does that wire go? any ideas or help would be great. thanks

try a different ignitor chip! I recently had very similar issues with my set up and i swapped my ignitor for a different one and it cleared right up. But if thats not the case look into engine/chassis grounds! It sounds like yours are weak anyway

Sounds like it could be a engine harness issue ??? If it was fine before and now you mess with that wire then WTF ???? Are you sure it's tuned for a Z32 air flow meter ?? What kind of comp and who tuned it ?? How are the plugs ??

Yes! The small black wire with the metal circle goes to a ground! I did it at the back of my head but some prefer going to the firewall. Also are all your coilpacks bolted down the the valve cover with the phillips/10mm screws?

I bought a MAF from frsport as well. My guess is you got the wrong MAF tune. You got a tune for a vg30 MAF when you need a tune for a vh41.
