Unplug the battery, let it chill for half an hour, plug it back in.

Resets the ECU, clears everything... Even your clock. Kinda sucks like that.

What exactly is the DTC you are getting? There is a very simple way to check your injectors electrically too. Using your DVOM just ohm each injector and they all should be within .1 ohms of each other.

i would check into your crank position sensor since you do have a code for it but check all grounds my ka24de was running rich as hell i changed maf coolant temp sensor. and nothing changed. my boss helped me out and we found a ground wire that was loose. solved my problem. ohm your injectors and check your fpr

Well I wouldn't pay too much attention to the crank position sensor because it does nothing for engine control in our cars. Its actually only used to start the engine in less cranks. But help me out and post the exact DTC numbers that you are getting ( Pxxxx ). I have the factory manual and can point you in the right direction. Also, the fuel pressure regulator you can check with a vacuum gauge or check if its getting sufficient vacuum. If its not getting good vacuum it will definitely run richer.
