Brand New T04E Turbo and 38MM WasteGate For Cheap!!!
they are brand new in box,never tried to installed,bought it from ebay,wanted to go top mount but i gave up,need money!!!!!

Meh, that's a decent sized turbo (T3/T4 .50 trim) that would make some good power - you could round it out with an ebay top mount manifold for ~$200.
The price is right, at least. GLWS.
