Which B.O.V. reigns Supreme?

Currently i'm in the process of getting parts for my sr20det swap. When sourcing for parts one question comes to mind, which blow off valve reign s supreme?

For my current set-up i plan to run out 250wph or so. Looking around on youtube i noticed that the hks ssqv sounds the best. I noticed that there are the older and newer versions of this one, which one is best?

As far as looking for one, what specs should i be looking for?

Another question is the placement of the BOVs---after intake, between the intercooler to turbo( i don't know the correct names, cold pipe hot pipe?ect). Where should it be put?

Btw; can someone school me on recirculating part of blow offs? Like a easy to understand way. I looked at some recirc. like this one for the hks HKS USA SSQV Recirculation Fitting but i'm not really sure how i would connect it.

Like for a bov i undestand you need a vacuum line and blow off flange and thats it right? but then with that it might stumble in between shifts? or bad idle? and thats where the recirc. part comes in.
