OK so im driving to school in my daily 40 with a KA24DE its running fine im cruising at like 50 next thing i here is like a "pffff" sound and then my car start running like shit. Now it sounds like a Go-Kart / Misfiring. Changed the Spark plugs wires seem to be good any other ideas?

Please any/all help would be great i need to get the car running to get to school thanks.
