Harness and sensor Question.. 5 speed and auto

I have done some searching and cant seem to kind the right answer to my problem so ill give it a shot here...

i ripped my upper engine wiring harness in half and blew my ecu on my 92 se hatch, So i got another #30 ecu and another harness.. the harness i got was a little different then the one i had, it had a extra plug near the ecu about 1 1/2 inches long with foam around it. and another extra plug near the TPS/ coolant sensor its a 3 pin black plug. and the tps sensor was alot different..

So me being ancy i decided to swap the tps plug for my original one and hook it all up and see what happens, so i do that and the car starts but idles around 1000. i turned the car off and back on and i had a cel. i then drove the car and it was loud as balls and had no pull at all... so i read the ecu and got 43, 12, 34.

so the ecu isint seeing my tps, maf or knock sensor.

So my questions are
1. What harness did i get
2. Is it because of the harness that im not getting a reading from these sensors
3.is it the sensors them self's
4. Could i rewire the harness a little to get it to work

what i mean is would the harness forsure do this? before i start buying new sensors...
i can post pics if necessary thanks for any help

You got an automatic harness, the extra plug by the ECU goes to the ATC, the extra TPS plug is for the automatic to read. There was no need to change or rewire the TPS. Put it back to original.
