if you do the work yourself
5 speed parts can be gotten from the junkyard for ~$200 or less
tranny will come with clip or motorset ~2000 (guess, been a while since I looked up SR prices)
figure ~$500-1000 in miscellaneous parts - belts, fluids, etc

not so bad if you do your homework, are patient and can wrench

s14 or s13 but yea ur lookin at 4-5k with mods if u dont go cheap little shit adds up quick

Prices vary, there is no set "how much to..." when it comes to such things... Do more thorough research, even pricing necessary parts in the marketplace here and find out. It's not rocket science.
