He basically sold a part out from under me and then screwed me out of $5 in the refund.

He had a part up for sale, I posted in the thread that I wanted it and that I sent him a PM, I was the first one in the thread to post about it (or any other of his parts at that)

He PMs me back with a paypal address and within 5 minutes of him sending me his paypal I send him the full $75 he was asking for the part.

2 days later I get a mysterious paypal payment of $73 with no details or anything. Not realizing that this was the same guy I "bought" the part from I email asking what the payment is for. A day later I get a reply saying that the part was already sold so he "refunded my money"

Paypal has a "refund" option that lets you refund a payment in full and nether party will have to pay any fees, it's as if it never happened. But apparently he didn't want to do that and instead sent me back a payment $2 less than what I sent him which I then had to pay fees on to receive.

I checked the thread and the person he sold it to posted well after me and not only that but he bought it at a lower price...

talk about a total kick in the balls...

while not the shadiest person I've ever met, he obviously doesn't know what he's doing and there's no way I'd trust him with my money again.

I realize it's over, but this is a review forum and I'm reviewing my experience with this seller...

I have no problem with you. But IMO this seller has communication issues, and doesn't know how to properly use paypal.

I would have been satisfied with a "sorry there was a miscommunication" and a proper refund to get my $5 back but this guy would rather argue about it...

I bought a BOV from him almost a month ago and i still have not recieved it and he will no longer repy to me. When i went to buy it i ended up paying more because i had to beat someone elses offer. THEN after i already paid for it he said someone offered him $25 more and i was like dude you already sold it to me and he was like yeah your right ill ship it tomorrow and i still dont have it..... I have every pm to prove it. I need my money back, are paypal claims worth it? I need some help and im going to shut this rat down. Here are a few pm's

Wangon, this is making me even more pissed! I knew tpetrucci33 was someone with a Type S BOV that I was seeking, but not THIS guy.

I was the one that offered him the $100.00 for the BOV.

BUT this was AFTER he said it was STILL AVAILABLE, and just waiting on a reply from someone that PM'ed prior to me, and said he'd get back to me. He then PM'ed me like right after saying "F it, ill just take the $100.00" and PM'ed me his Paypal and wanted me to send payment right then and there. But I am a cautious buyer and wanted to know why he's selling it $100.00 less then everyone else, and told me that the adjuster screw wasn't the original. After I heard that, I became less serious and he basically shrugged me off...

With what has been said, I'd assume he did that because he knew he wasn't going to get a second payment out of me.

Fuck man, now I feel even worse knowing that tpetrucci33 was this guy and you were the person that I would have bought it out from under, but I would HAVE NEVER done such a thing knowing he had accepted money already, he said he was waiting on a reply from someone.

Now I really want this fucker to burn, even if you get the BOV you had purchased like 5 minutes after he posted it for sale. I PM'ed on the 6th minute which is what lead me to believe it was still good to go, would have never thought he'd do that, thenagain he didn't give me a reason to think otherwise, shaddy ass.

I just tried to by BC cams from tpetrucci33.

After we agreed on the terms, I sent him payment. Well first, he didn't tell me the right paypal account. So I had to cancel and resend. Then he tried to tell me that it was suppose to be 200 shipped. I'll post the PM between us at the bottom. He then told me that he meant he'd pay for the paypal fees. I just explained to him that if it's a personal transfer between 2 parties, and it's from 1 bank account to another, there weren't any fees.

Afterwards, I politely told him that he could keep the cams. He then decided to start insulting me. I just wanted to tell everyone so they wouldn't have the same problem.

So beware.

Then you decided that you didn't want to follow through with your side of it. (Decided that you were going to get $200 shipped)

You breached the agreement. So, I wasn't obligated to stay in.

Plain and simple.

Hopefully people will recognize this, and take caution to agreements with you.
