PA FT/FS 95 jeep cherokee

I'm looking to get rid of my 95 Cherokee, which I've had since I was in high school. For the last few years though its been used to haul my 2005 YZ540f around. (which is also for sale) However, since I'm moving towards Philly to go to school, I no longer need or want my trusty 'ol Jeep. It's been fun but she needs to go. She is a little rough around the edges but for $700obo you can't beat it.

Would prefer to trade for a 240sx.

Mileage - 145,xxx
Engine - 4.0 inline six
Transmission - Automatic
Tan Interior - 7/10 (no rips/tears or cracks in the dash)
Exterior - 6/10 (exterior does have a few rough spots.)
Good: Runs like a champ and has never given me any problems. Recently had a new battery installed. 4x4 works great. Mechanically sound. The paint is in good condition.
Bad: Needs inspected. There's a crack in the fiberglass hatch. The front windshield is cracked. Also needs front brakes and two tires to pass inspection.
