CA18DET rev-up issue
A friend of mine has a ca swap in a s13 and we just installed his rebuilt turbo. before the turbo blew it would hesitate then pull pretty hard. now it wont rev past 2200 rpm. i think its maf or possibly timing. can i get some opinions.
