sorry to burst your bubble, but HKS sells them, and they're called 2 way piller ball upper mounts. They can be had here in the US any day of the week for about $500. You must have somehow ended up with a prototype or knock offs. Still a pretty good deal considering coils+camber/caster plates run 2k.
