Ebrake doesnt work

Ok so I installed the ebrake from my s14 with calipers to my s13. It was done on short notice for an event in december. Now im troubleshooting this I have 3 weeks to fix it. Basically, the passenger side caliper locked up maybe 80%. Passenger side didnt at all.

Then at the track, it completely failed and now I have no ebrake. I messed with the cables loosening and tightening and I cant figure it out. I had to make a bracket to move the handle about 1 1/2 in back I guess from the cable lengths being different. I tightened the cable all the way and it still doesnt work.

Car is covered in snow so im just trying to get some ideas of things to check now until I get it out later today or tomorow. I was told either the cable stretched or snapped. Anything els I should check for I never messed with my ebrake until this event so im going in the dark on this one
