How can i get water out of my engine??? Hit a huge puddle w/ CAI

I was pulling into my campus' west parking lot and couldn't see this massive puddle. I ran through it at about 10mph and suddenly the car lost power. The car gave a big fit when i tried to restart it, but it finally cranked. I had to have the gas floored and finess the clutch for it to drive (it only felt like it had 20hp). Well before i could get to a parking spot it died again and wouldn't restart. At first i thought i had shorted out some fuses, b/c the starter wouldn't even make a noise. After about 3hrs i tried to restart it to no avail. The starter would crank for not even a second, then it would stop.

Hopefully i haven't completely killed my engine. Please provide all sugestions on what i can do to fix this problem. I am going to get it towed back to my house and try and blow out some of the water if there is any in the cylinders w/ a vacuum (probobly won't work)

please help me out

DbD
