Mating Recaro SRD on Bride bracket?

I have a driver side Bride bracket sitting at home but I can't afford the superior Bride Brix so I'm considering gettiing a SRD instead. I'm wondering what kind of modification needs to be done in order to make it fit?
Thanks

you will need to fab it quite a bit
the bolt holse (where mounts to seat) are VERY different location..still have 4 holes, but teh distances aer different

will need to weld a bar and drill holes..maybe weld 2 bars across w/ holes so it will mount

thanks Dousan, I know you're like a verteran when it comes to seats and wheels. Just curious how high other brakets (Sparco/ Recaro etc) mounts above the floor compare to Bride's? perhaps an inch or so?

I asked b/c I'm afraid it's going to look funny with the passenger side seat( which I'll be using the Wedge bracket) sits significantly higher than the driver's seat. hmmm...I hope I'm making sense here...

BTW has anyone order anything from on-trackperformance before? I never heard of them but a quick search from yahoo link me to their site...There's a special on Red stitching SRD for $450, $36 shipping (ea), and $116 for each bracket. Does it sounds like a good deal?

I'll take the Bride bracket for a good price (since I can get a new one for.. oh can't publically say). Aaron has rails that are as low as brides but lined up for Recaro. So if you get Recaro and don't want to lose the cash for yuor Bride rail, let me know. The I can have an excuse to get my seat out of Aaron's car...

Dousan I haven't bought the Recaros yet I can' t provide any measurement specs yet . As for the Bride bracket its the new stlye I believe...my friend brought it back from Japan a few months ago. He ditched the original box but I stil have the bolts as well as the Bride stickers intact.

So you have bracket/ slider that bolts right onto a SRD? $300 for both right? Did you fab it yourself or is there other S13 JDM rails out there that I don't know exist?? let me know I'm interested we can work something out!

The rails are japanese generic rails made for low seating like bride but holes for (90% sure) Recaro SRD. If you can get the measurements for the hole configuration of the SRDs we can verify that for sure. IF not, I will try and have my friend with an SRD give us the measurements for verification. But pretty much if rails in Japan are not made to fit a Brix, its for an SRD. And most generic seat companies copy the bride designs (more popular and abundant in japan).

Also, regarding the Bride rail-- did you open the bags for the bolts yet? How many BIG allen bolts did you get? (no. 3 in the instructions iirc) 2 or 4?
