I run r32 gtr wheels which are 16x8 +38 but im using a 255/50/16 mt e/t street.

I would suggest trying a 26" tall tire also. I have a set of 28x9's mt e/t drag that im going to try on the car but I really like the 26" tires. What wheels are you looking at? If they are pro stars or draglites which list backspacing, the proper backspacing is going to be 5.5" to 5". How wide of a wheel are you going to get? 8"?

I got some FD rims if you want. These are 16 and real light. Supra owners use these to run slick.
