NEED HELP!!! Having KA 12 valve issues

Sup guys hoping that maybe somebody can help. I just switched out my 12 valve with a rebuilt one. The block is all stock and fresh. The head has a ton of work done to it by rebello. mild street cam, bigger valvles, ported/polished, dual row timing chain, hydralic lift...you get the picture. Anyways. I hooked up everything back to stock. The engine runs great has a ton more power but it tends to want to idle all over the map. Looked at all vacuum hoses...no leaks. Messed with the timing and doesn't help seems to make the car run worse. Also at idle it wants to load up so I have to clear it out to be able to move. If anyone has any insight please help. I am open to anything at this point. Oh and to add fuel to the fire of all this the engine has ping. Higher octane doesn't seem to help. Its one of those things that u just want to pull your hair out over because all the traditional fixes don't seem to work. Thanks in advance.
