I always thought the same thing...since I've only seen one 95/96 WITH leather, ABS, LSD, sunroof, AND 5-SPEED.

LE = '97-'98, smaerties.

In '95-'96 leather seats were part of a "leather package" with a leather wrapped wheel and shift knob, optional on SE's.

The car DSC is selling is a '96 SE with factory leather.

I think (99.9% sure) that there has always been a leather package option on SE trim levels. I just call LEs Leather Edition, cuz they have leather stock (when applicable... not s14bmc)

Your right Jeff there was a option for leather on se's. Only on 93+'s

it also says the leather package included lumbar support which i don't have though, strange..

What is rare is what I found.

97-98. Hard to find as it is

SE (lots of basemodels around I think)

Manual (i believe about half of them were auto)

Black is common color

but the Lack of sunroof with all these options! WHOOHOO!

But honestly speaking, it isnt very comfortable. Just cool cuz its waterproof, stainproof, fartproof and all. Switched to S14 cloth seats cuz I highly value driving comfort. Leather shift knob is pretty cool too, but im looking into a cooler looking leather one...

I swear our cars were fraternal twins at birth--same prod date, the only difference is that yours was an auto and mine's a 5-speed (I guess that would make yours female with a recent sex change with major testosterone supplements--turbo install) since mine was born a stick-shift

She (I think I'm gonna name her KATe (KATie?). Not definate though.) is not running.
Tomorrow I go put the motor back together, Sunday hook up electronics, re-hose all the vacuum tubing.
Monday, go back to school for my finals, Tuesday, DROP THE MOTOR!

Why is she not running? Damn--I missed all the good stuff the past two weeks we've been working on dyno-shop stuff--Mark and Irena supposedly get married & your car stops running!! Actually, I'm probably going to start getting ready to sell my car in a few months (after I get my raise)

ok how rare is it to find a 93 240sx fast back with super hicas lsd and leather with sunroof power and 5 speed? this one took me a while to find..especially in 5 spd..had 120k on it though....and the owner was a smoker and a women..smells pretty but has ashes on the carpet.

I have leather in my 91 SE but I have the Super Hicas as well not for sure if that makes a difference.
