My Sr20det project has yet to run

I get spark on cylinder #1 and that is it. The computer doesn't fire the other plugs (no signal to the ignitor).

The ignitor is good, all four coils are good, and the computer doesn't pull a code for a bad cam sensor. I have checked the cam sensor and it looks good, though I don't have a scope to see the exact wave form that it is putting out.

Can anyone tell me if they have seen this problem before. Bad ecu?!$$$$$

PS - The computer pull codes 55 (computer okay) and 21 (coils not firing).
