Fuse for fuel pump popping, no gas

So im going pretty fast down one road, coming home from the store, about 70, slow down for a corner put it in gear, no gas so i shifted lower still no gas, and im stuck on the side of the road, get pulled home, fuse still popping, but now when i start it it runs for about 5 seconds+ and when i hit the gas it doesnt do anything, dies down quicker, i do have a fuel hose that pretty messed up and im thinking where its got that metal clamp on it its creating pressure so it keeps popping my fuse? Im gettin that 6 pin weather pack today, gonna toss that in, dont know if it could change the situation at all, lets hope it does

installed new weather pack connector, thought it was my connector, nope
